I went to #RunPainFree, Inc. (Jessica) after a PT failed to help me run without pain. After 13 months, I was convinced I was done with long runs due to pain. My only goal was to fix the nagging IT pain that just would not go away despite everything I tried. She helped not only the IT pain get better, but has worked on every single muscle that the injured IT band effected (spoiler alert- it was all of them). Not only am I running without pain now, but because my muscles are working properly, I’m even faster without extra effort simply due to running more efficiently. She is great and never once told me not to run.

After running 200 miles in January, my IT-Band started screaming and shut me down almost completely in February. It was the 2nd week in March when I hit the panic button. Many friends from my club joined the #RunPainFree Program and were able to run pain free again. So it’s now my turn. Jessica fixed my IT-Band and is now helping me to run correctly. I just completed my 2nd half marathon in April completely pain free. Actually better than pain free. During the last half marathon my hamstring tighten up on me at mile 10. I used a stretches that Jessica showed me (in one of her programs) and was able to run 5k pace for the last 3 miles. #RunPainFree works and will get you back on track fast!

The encouragement from the community is so helpful when one is struggling or wants to hear from others and how they accomplished their goals or dealt with a set back.
