The #RunPainFree Running Program is for the correction of your movement pattern, to eliminate pain and get you running pain free. I customize a plan that we will do together 1x per week, that you then do at home on your own. The program is Correction focused, so we attack the root of the problem first, get you pain free and progress your body steadily.
