Introductory Launch Offer

This program is to take the runner through all of the 9+1 qualifying races for the entry into the NYC MARATHON, the following year.

TAG TEAM - This program is priced to be shared! It’s a longer program and running buddies keep you accountable, focused and best of all you are not alone in this! Just ask our fellow tag teamer’s, they are among you! (However, you can totally do this on your own too!)

Completion of this 10 month program, gives premiere pricing for conditioning coaching during marathon year. 

Breakdown:

1x per week (if more is needed it’s on the house)  10 months (Jan-Oct to follow the 9+1 calendar)

4 day correction and athletic conditioning program 

10 month run program: Our athletic programming is very interactive, much like our attention in injury correction, the running program is built out based on how your body responds weekly. This is set this way, in order to match correction and the changes of your body.

Easy to access app, it is our runners portal where all programming and run schedule is for you to have at your fingertips

24/7 Coaching: You have open contact with us via text

Nutritional advice (nutrition planning upon request)

Case study (You may be chosen as a case study, to showcase your correction and running experience, these help tons of runners have hope!)
