MINDSET

Some runners are running towards a milestone, while others are running away from fear (of something). If you're stuck in an injury loop or struggling mentally with motivation...we have you covered. Our principles prevent injury and increase athletic performance.

RELEASING

If you're anything like the majority of runners out there, you're following the outdated advice and stretching before and/or after your runs. The first things we teach you is how to release your body so it gives you the best performance on your runs (and everyday life).

RANGE OF MOTION

If you find hopping over a puddle challenging, your run gate and range of motion are compromised. Imbalances, left to right, create injuries and learning how to balance those weaknesses are the foundation of injury correction and prevention.

MOVEMENT

Movement is as simple as this...If you can't lunge, you can't (or probably shouldn't) run. If you can't balance on one leg, you're "limp running" as we call it. Movement should precede the run. We are all human and designed to move with efficiency. We educate you on your body so it moves as good as ever before.

LOADING

Most runners go to the gym to get stronger, build a core, and get faster through resistance training. One thing most of them don't know is that working out when you are injured or in pain is like pouring cement over your injury. You solidify your ailments and then they become chronic nagging injuries...ugh.

Do you prefer to have our Injury expert design a customized injury recovery program? Do you have a more serious injury or medical condition that require more attention to the details of your pain, injury, or ailment?



If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, #RunPainFreeProgram is not ideal for you. We suggest you apply for a one on one consultation with our Sports Biomechanics Injury Expert.
What’s the difference between the #RunPainFreeProgram in the #RunPainFreeAcademy versus working one on one with Jessica?
Simply put, the #RunPainFreeAcademy is a smaller investment, and a smaller commitment. And it’s better that way. The Academy is like all you can eat buffet. All the content is there, you decide what to watch, you structure your workouts, activities, and runs, and how much you participate in the #RunPainFreeCommunity. 

While we love what the #RunPainFreeAcademy does for our runners, it’s just not going to give you the access to Jessica Marie Rose Leggio and her expert wisdom, coaching, and advice (that we know you want). 



Now the #RunPainFree Program is a highly organized, step-by-step, linear roadmap to success in a small, intimate setting with Sport Biomechanics Expert, Jessica Marie Rose Leggio.

This program is not cheap? Why is it not more affordable?
You afford what you value. If you value Starbucks coffee you have no problem spending $140 a month for your coffee. So when we're talking about your physical body that you cannot replace, this is quite inexpensive. 
What if I’m unhappy with the results?
Our first question would be did you complete the five step program in its entirety, did you comment, did you post your journals to track progress. We're confident in the results and healing the #RunPainFree #Program can help you achieve. 

This is a cancel at any time program, meaning you can quit, cancel, and walk away at any point, stage, phase, or step...
but we do not due refunds at all.
